Terms and condition

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Majarlika LLC does NOT issue refund for any reason at all. We only transfer credit from one training/class to another or person-to-person. We can also reschedule training/class from one date to another (rescheduling fee may apply). FOR RESCHEDULING PROCESS PLEASE CONTACT US or CLICK ON "RESCHEDULING PROCESS" LOCATED ON THE BUTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
2. (AHA-to-ARC, AHA-to-HSI, ARC-to-AHA, ARC-to-HSI, HSI-to-ARC, HSI-to-AHA) Transfer of credit must be processed before the booking date (NO EXCEPTIONS). No transfer will be granted once the class being booked is done.
3. Some of the classes requires documentation/s and information. Participants are required to submit the correct and valid documentation/s and information in a timely manner.
4. Classes/Trainings are subject to free rescheduling by MAJARLIKA LLC due to extreme weather conditions and unforeseen emergency incidents.
5. Majarlika LLC and instructors can refuse services to any customers/participants who may deem unfit physically, mentally or emotionally the day of the training. 
6. Majarlika LLC and instructors can refuse services to any customers/participants who are suspected to be intoxicated due to alcohol and drug consumption.
7. Due to restrictions of LIABILITY INSURANCE and Local laws regarding room capacity limits, participants CANNOT bring any person who is not a paying customer/s.
8. Majarlika LLC is not responsible for any injuries or death to any participant or any third party due to participant's negligence, irresponsibleness, unsound mind, mental incapacitation, emotional incapacitation, intoxication, physical defects, etc.
9. All Classes/Trainings will be held within the vicinity of the site indicated in the description of the listing.
10. 13700 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77014 and 1506 FM 2854 Conroe, TEXAS 77304 is protected by Texas Penal Code 30.05, "A PERSON MAY NOT ENTER THE PREMISES WITH A FIREARM, ILLEGAL KNIFE, CLUB, OR OTHER PROHIBITED WEAPON. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT PREVENT A PERSON LICENSED TO CARRY A HANDGUN UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE, FROM CARRYING A HANDGUN ON THE PREMISES." 
11. Registration/Booking and payment for the training/class does NOT guarantee success/pass of any practical and/or written examination.
12. Registration and payment for the training/class does NOT guarantee issuance of certificate and/or licensure of any third party or any government entity.
13. Due to standards set by AMERICAN RED CROSS®, AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION®, HEALTH & SAFETY INSTITUTE® and STOP THE BLEED®, participant/s are mandated to attend a given number of hours in class; properly perform some practical tasks; and/or pass a written examination to successfully complete their certification. There is no refund for any participant who does not successfully completed the course. 
14. All participants MUST be responsible, respectful and courteous at all times.
15. Tardiness will not be tolerated and subject to rescheduling with a fee.
16. MAJARLIKA LLC is not issuing certificates in behalf of AMERICAN RED CROSS®, AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION® and HEALTH & SAFETY INSTITUTE®. Please visit AMERICAN RED CROSS®, AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION® and HEALTH & SAFETY INSTITUTE® website for estimated certificate delivery.
17. Photographs and Video Recordings of instructors and participants may occur during class for the reason of publicity and advertising. Participants may agree or refuse to photo/video consent agreement. Consented photos/videos will be used by MAJARLIKA LLC in any manner for publicity and advertising purposes.
18. Data collected from participants by MAJARLIKA LLC maybe use for communication purposes only and will not be transfer/sold to any third party.
19. Customers are responsible to read the terms and condition of MAJARLIKA LLC prior to purchasing services offered. Refusal of any part/parts of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS does not constitute omission of agreement to any part/parts of this "TERMS and CONDITIONS". 
20. Upon Registration/Booking and payment, participant/s is acknowledging and accepting this "TERMS and CONDITION" as a legal and binding agreement.
21. Payment Disputes due to distortion of truth to collect refund will result to termination of service without refund and subject to be blacklisted to take any future certification classes under AMERICAN RED CROSS®, AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION®, HEALTH & SAFETY INSTITUTE® and STOP THE BLEED®.
